APPOINTMENT POLICY
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late. At this time, we charge a $50 late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no-show fee if no advanced notice was given, which will be collected as a deposit or card on file in advance before scheduling your appointment.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Cancellation policy:
We ask you to please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment without a notice 2nd time then any future appointment will require a $100 nonrefundable deposit in case of no show again.
